The application offers the functionality of generating graphics and reports for expenses within customizable periods.
• Itineraries: Users can visualize detailed trip information, such as destination/origin, departure date, flight number, seat number, departure terminal, ticket number, destination weather forecast, hotel reservation details including location map, vehicle category, and more.
• Approval: This feature facilitates the approval process based on your company's travel policy. Users can view essential travel information like the purpose of the trip, chosen fare or justification for selection, debit cost center, time constraints, solicitation particulars, and more.
• Special Note: To utilize the corporate expense management, itineraries, and approval features requires user licensing or should be accessible through a travel agency utilizing the Argo Solutions system.
